ARE YOU A LICENSED MAID AGENCY?
Yes, we are licenced. Agensi Pekerjaan AZ Reliance Sdn Bhd (also known as AZ Reliance ) is a private employment agency located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, under the Companies Act 2016. Our company is licenced by the Department of Labour in Peninsular Malaysia, Ministry of Human Resources, to carry on activities as a private employment agency in connection with the placement of Malaysian job seekers locally and overseas, and the placement of foreign domestic helpers for Malaysian employers.
WHAT ARE THE IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRST TIME EMPLOYERS?
– Both husband and wife must be working.
– Combined minimum income:
– RM70,000.00 per annum for Indonesia
– RM60,000.00 per annum for Philippine
– Have kid /children to take care in the home below 15 years old.
– Take care of sick or old parent(s).
– Take care of residence.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AS A FIRST TIME EMPLOYER?
– Income Tax Statement (Form BE/B) with official receipt (husband & wife combine income)
RM70,000.00 per annum for Indonesia maids.
RM60,000.00 per annum for Philippine maids.
– Original company letter stating position held and monthly salary & length of service written in Bahasa Malaysia addressed to: Pengarah Jabatan Imigresen (husband & wife).
– Photocopy of pay slips for the last 3 months (husband & wife).
– Photocopy of IC (husband & wife).
– Color photo (passport-sized) – 4 pieces each (husband & wife).
– Photocopy of marriage certificate.
– Children Birth Certificate below 15 years old. (each)
– If your current residential address is different from that of your I/C, please submit the ORIGINAL electricity bill, water bill or telephone bill.
– Copy of cancellation Memo Check-Out for previous maid.
If you are applying a maid to look after sick or old parent the documents to be submitted are:
– Photocopy NRIC of parent.
– Doctor’s letter (original).
– Birth certificate (photocopy) as proof of relationship between employer and sick parent.
– 1 colour photo of the patient/ old folks (sitting/Iying on bed).
If you are applying a maid to look after children the documents to be submitted are:
– Children Birth Certificate below 15 years old (each)
– Children NRIC
If you are applying a maid for taking care residence the documents to be submitted are:
– Photographs of Employer’s residential property:
– 1 x Exterior front view (Unit number visible)
– 2 x Home compound view (left & right)
– 1 x Living room view
– 1 x Staircase view
– Photograph of property’s street signage board
– Original water (SAJ) / electricity (TNB) / telephone bills

WHAT ARE THE COUNTRIES THAT I CAN EMPLOY A MAID FROM?
You can hire a Foreign Domestic Helper (FDH) maid from an immigration-approved country of origin. These countries are: Indonesia and the Philippines.
HOW LONG IS CONTRACT PERIOD?
2 years
HOW MANY YEARS CAN A MAID WORK FOR YOU?
Indefinite, subject to mutual agreement between employer and maid and latest government rules and regulations.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET THE MAID?
We provide employers with maids at short notice. It takes about ±3 months for foreign domestic helpers to come to Malaysia. However, it is a prerequisite that both the domestic worker and the employer provide adequate documentation and that the rules and regulations of the two governments are followed.
DOES THE MAID NEED TO UNDERGO MEDICAL CHECK UPS AND HOW OFTEN?
Yes, within 14 days of her arrival in Malaysia, she must undergo a medical examination by an approved medical facility and only after she passes a medical examination that declares her fit for work can she work for her employer. This examination is required annually for medical screening for VDRL, pregnancy and HIV.
WHO BEARS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES OF THE MAID?
As an employer, you are responsible for all medical expenses, including hospitalisation. Therefore, it is best to insure the maid’s hospital expenses. The employer must contribute to the SOCSO for maids to protect maids who suffer accidents or occupational diseases as a result of their employment.
WHAT IF THE MAID WENT MISSING?
Report to our agency immediately, get advice on how to file a police report and then inform the immigration authorities.
HOW DOES A MAID REMIT MONEY TO HER HOME COUNTRY?
Your maid wants to send her monthly salary back to her family on a regular basis. You can use a remittance service through banks and post offices.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY TRANSFER MAID?
Transfer maids are usually already available locally, i.e. they do not have to be brought from their country of origin. They usually come from other employers and are looking for a new employer for various reasons, e.g. because the employer no longer employs the maid for whatever reason.
